About Us

Paul began his education and apprenticeship in Germany in the 1990s, dedicating years to studying and honing his craft. In the 2000s, he and his family immigrated from Ukraine to Sacramento, California. For over 12 years, Paul was an authorized contractor for Sears Home Improvement and Lowe's, gaining valuable experience. Leveraging his extensive background from Germany and his tenure with Sears and Lowe's, Paul decided to establish SOHO BUILD and become a general contractor. For nearly a decade, he and SOHO BUILD have been committed to significantly impacting Sacramento and its surrounding counties.
